Housing types come in the form of static housing, instanced housing and open-world land ownership [1]. A player can own one of each type of housing [2]. It is possible for a player to claim citizenship to a node once it has developed to stage 3. A player can only claim citizenship to one node at a time. Changing citizenship has a cooldown of 2 weeks [3]

Static housing

Static housing are homes within a node. A static home can be purchased once a player claims citizenship to a stage 3 Node. The architecture for a static home will be predetermined by the racial influence of the nodes development. When the node progresses further, static homes develop too and can scale up to a mansion. Static homes will be restricted in quantity.

Instance housing

Instanced housing are also known as apartments. Apartments can be built at node stage 4 if the government chooses to do so. Apartments have a fixed size and shape, even if the node progresses. Players can rent out apartments which grants the player citizenship. The more players rent out apartments the higher their price scales. This is to deter all players from living in one node.

Open-world land ownership

Also known as freeholds [4], open-world land ownership is a personal plot of land that can be obtained from purchasing blueprints. Blue prints become available from a npc when a node reaches stage 3. Players are able to place their freeholds anywhere within the nodes ZOI. Different types of buildings can be placed on a freehold such as taverns [5]. Freeholds will only be restricted by the ZOI perimeter.
