It is said among the Ocean’s Chosen that the spirit of the cerulean waters may sometimes make its physical form known to struggling or desperate sailors, helping them find their way home. The reality is that these mischievous water sprites are fickle as fey - just as likely to dance with the carrion gulls awaiting their meal as proffer some seafaring salvation.[2]
